3. What Personal Data We Process

- Accounting and/or legal service providers, to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations;

- Account data — until the account is deleted or 1 year after the last activity;

- Communication history — 1 year from the last contact.
7.2. Upon expiry of the retention period, personal data is deleted or anonymised.

Delivery
All products are shipped via courier service to ensure fast delivery to customers. Please note that order preparation may take a few days, and it will be dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery costs are calculated during the online checkout process. Please also note that courier services are not available on weekends and public holidays.
Return Policy
All products are shipped fresh and carefully inspected before dispatch. The Buyer must check the packaging upon receipt and, in case of any damage, immediately submit a claim to the courier. If the product is damaged during transportation or an incorrect item has been sent, the customer may request an exchange or credit for a future purchase. Products that have been opened or partially consumed are not accepted for return.
- Products that are opened, damaged, or partially consumed are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Returned products must be sent in their original packaging and kept at a temperature of 0°C at all times. This can be ensured using the original packaging with frozen gel packs included in the shipment. The delivery time must not exceed 3 days.
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the goods by emailing info@caviar.lv.
